We request the minimal access needed to read, label, and (optionally) draft emails. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Integrations.
Setup
- Go to Integrations → Gmail
- Click Connect and approve via Google OAuth
- (Optional) Pick labels to prioritize (e.g., Starred, Important, Investors)

The scheduler supports natural phrases (e.g., every weekday at 8 AM, every Mon/Wed/Fri at 6 PM).
Building a scheduled Gmail agent
- Go to Agents → Create Agent
- Fill in:
- Title: e.g., Morning Email Digest
- Instruction: e.g., “Summarize unread + important emails since yesterday 6 PM. Group by investors, clients, team. Highlight action items in bullets. Draft 3 quick replies for the most urgent threads.”
- Schedule: e.g.,
every day at 7:30 AM
- Tools: Gmail (optionally Calendar/JIRA for context)
- Destinations: Notes + WhatsApp (and/or Email drafts)
- Tap Create
Tip: Also save to Notes so daily digests become a searchable archive.
