We request the minimal access needed to read, label, and (optionally) draft emails. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Integrations.

Setup

  1. Go to Integrations → Gmail
  2. Click Connect and approve via Google OAuth
  3. (Optional) Pick labels to prioritize (e.g., Starred, Important, Investors)

What you can do (Schedules only)

  • Daily email digest (AM/PM) Morning: unread + important; Evening: unresolved threads + suggested replies.
  • Weekly follow-up queue Threads that stalled; suggested drafts per conversation tone.
  • Weekly relationship spotlight Investors/strategic accounts with recent activity and suggested next steps.
  • Monthly outreach planner Contacts who went quiet; quick context + a one-line opener for re-engagement.

Schedules you can use (copy & paste)

  • Daily
    • every day at 7:30 AM (morning digest)
    • every day at 6 PM (evening wrap)
  • Weekly
    • every Monday at 9 AM (follow-up queue)
    • every Friday at 4 PM (relationship spotlight)
  • Monthly
    • on the 1st of every month at 10 AM (outreach planner)
The scheduler supports natural phrases (e.g., every weekday at 8 AM, every Mon/Wed/Fri at 6 PM).

Building a scheduled Gmail agent

  1. Go to Agents → Create Agent
  2. Fill in:
    • Title: e.g., Morning Email Digest
    • Instruction: e.g., “Summarize unread + important emails since yesterday 6 PM. Group by investors, clients, team. Highlight action items in bullets. Draft 3 quick replies for the most urgent threads.”
    • Schedule: e.g., every day at 7:30 AM
    • Tools: Gmail (optionally Calendar/JIRA for context)
    • Destinations: Notes + WhatsApp (and/or Email drafts)

  • Uses your profile timezone (e.g., Asia/Kolkata).
  • Pair AM digest + PM wrap for a tight feedback loop.
  • Add WhatsApp for on-the-go scanning; keep Notes for memory.
