Agents

Agents are your automation engine in Turtle AI Mate. They run on a schedule, access your tools, and deliver outputs automatically.

Why Agents?

  • Save hours by automating repetitive work.
  • Get daily digests, meeting preps, investor updates, and competitor scans.
  • Push results to Notes, Email, WhatsApp, or all at once.

Creating an Agent

  1. Go to Agents → Create Agent
  2. Fill in:
    • Title → what the agent is called (e.g., “Daily Digest”).
    • Instruction → natural language prompt.
    • Schedule → “every day at 9 AM”, “every 2 hours”, “Fridays at 6 PM”.
    • Tools → Gmail, Calendar, JIRA, HubSpot, Drive, Sheets, Internet.
    • Destinations → Notes, Email, Push, WhatsApp.
  3. Save → Agent runs automatically.
