Turtle AI Mate offers simple, transparent monthly plans designed to grow with you. Right now, only monthly plans are available. Quarterly and yearly billing as well as top-ups will be introduced in future updates.

Trials

  • New users may start with a trial period (shown in-app).
  • During the trial you can explore the product with included credits.
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges; otherwise billing starts automatically.

Credits

  • Each plan includes monthly credits (1,500 / 5,000 / 20,000).
  • Credits refresh automatically on your renewal date.
  • Credits are used for:
    • Chat with AI (longer queries or attachments use more)
    • Scheduled agent runs
    • File uploads (PDFs, docs, etc.)
    • WhatsApp reminders & results
Top-ups (extra credits purchase) are not available yet. This feature will be released soon.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrade → takes effect immediately; billed the difference by the app store.
  • Downgrade → scheduled for your next billing cycle.
  • Cancel → auto-renew stops, but you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How to Manage Your Plan

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Manage / Upgrade.
  3. Choose the plan that fits your needs.
  4. Confirm payment via Google Play.

Common Questions

Q: Can I purchase extra credits if I run out? Not yet. Top-ups are planned for a future update. Q: Do credits roll over to the next month? No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Q: Can I switch from Starter to Pro mid-month? Yes. Your upgrade takes effect immediately via Google Play. Q: How do I get invoices? Invoices/receipts are issued by Google Play after every payment.
