Here are answers to the most common questions about Turtle AI Mate.
Getting Started
Q: Do I need technical skills to use Turtle AI Mate?
No. The app is designed for non-technical users. You can chat naturally with AI, connect tools with one click, and create agents using plain language schedules (e.g., “every day at 9 AM”).
Q: Which platforms are supported?
Currently, Turtle AI Mate is available as a mobile app (Android/iOS). A web version is under consideration.
Q: What tools can I connect?
You can integrate Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Notion, and more. WhatsApp is supported as a delivery channel for chatting with AI and receiving reminders/agent outputs.
Agents & Notes
Q: What are agents?
Agents are automated workflows you configure with a title, instructions, schedule, and output destination (notes, email, push, WhatsApp). Example: “Summarize my unread emails every 3 hours.”
Q: Can I save AI responses into notes?
Yes. While chatting, you can click the note icon to save conversations or responses into a selected folder.
Billing & Credits
Q: How does billing work?
You subscribe through Google Play. Right now only monthly plans are available. Quarterly and yearly plans are coming soon.
Q: What are credits?
Credits are the usage units for AI chats, file analysis, and agent runs. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Top-ups are not yet available but will be released in future updates.
Q: Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each month on your billing cycle.
WhatsApp
Q: How do I enable WhatsApp?
Go to Settings → Edit Profile, add your phone number, verify it via OTP, and save. Once verified, you can chat directly with Turtle AI Mate on WhatsApp.
Q: What can I do on WhatsApp?

- Get reminders from tasks
- Receive agent outputs (summaries, news digests, daily plans)

You can submit a feature request or support query inside the app. For billing issues, use Google Play support.
